13. Proper and Careful listening
If you consider all these factors listed here and even more, then they could help you manage and maintain a successful marriage that doesn't have breakups. A marriage that is peaceful and has harmony. A marriage that many people can admire and use it as a good example in the whole community. A marriage that can teach people what is a marriage. The fact that many women turned into single mothers, is because they failed to do one or two or all of the listed factors.
The listed factors are not easy to perform in ones life unless you do the following but only starting with accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal saviour who now attracts these factors and makes them to be part of the whole process ie if perfecting your marriage.
1. They require the hand of God.
2. They require the intervention of the holy spirit.
3.They require a bold heart
4. They require a self dedication
5. They require daily training and practice.
6. They require serious partners only
FACTORS THAT COUSE FIGHTING AND BREAKOUTS
1. Unfaithfulness
2. Lack of responsibility
3. Lack of transparency
4. Poor communication
5. Arrogance
6. Lack of counselling and teachings for life issues.
7. Cheating
8. Use of Drugs and Drug abuse.
9. Bad friends Company
10. Misunderstanding/Lack of understanding
11. Poor reputation towards another person.
12. Ignorance
13. Relationships outside marriage " Kenyans call it "Mpango wa Kando." Meaning a distant relationship outside your real marriage.
Many factors including the listed above cause fighting in marriages and breakups. Many people don't allow God to control their lives from the first day or point of marriage. They think in marriage everything is automatically done. They forget that God has a major role in a marriage, every single day. It's important to understand that God can only be effective in our marriages if we allowed Him to do so by accepting the call to surrender our lives to Jesus. God uses His word to find a ways into our marriages and start to control it. In a marriage where there is no light or the word of God established, the devil becomes the sole operator. All factors that lead to breaking of a marriages, 100% originate from principalities of satan because it's satan who has full access to the marriage other than God. Any time in life we fail to give our lives to God to save it, we alternatively and automatically give it to satan who then gains full access and control thus destroys it by ensuring that the above listed factors do happen in the very marriage.
