TEACHINGS THAT HELP PEOPLE MAINTAIN HIGH LEVEL OF DIGINITY.

 






My Dear People,


The world is cruel, people are just looking for ways to penetrate you and disrespect you.


(1). Do not borrow money or items from people, if you must, return them as Quick as possible. But if you would ask me for a sincere counsel, I'll tell you Never to borrow at all.


(2). Stop begging. 


(3). Maintain your space and lane.


(4). When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.


(5). If you aren't invited, don't go. Please don't!


(6). Don't over stay your visit, Leave when the conversation is still hot and interesting. 


(7). Don't always visit, learn to be scarce, even if you don't have anywhere to go, stay home.


(8). Embrace your couch or bed more than how much you would want to hang out with people when you are absolutely bored or alone.

- Read a book indoor.

- See some movies.

- Play some music and dance.

- Eat your food and sleep.... above all, create your happiness.


(9). Eat only When you are invited and learn to leave part of the food... don't always empty the plates and ask for More.


(10). Avoid sitting with bunch of drunkards just to sip free alcohol when you are free, when you are too Free and bored, 

- Hit the gym.

- Visit a sport center and watch or play some match.

- Go out and drop ship goods and get paid.


(11). Avoid too much jokes with people most especially vvomen. Don't always attempt touching them (vvomen) anytime you joke or do not always attempt spanking their butts.


(12). Avoid the gossip chain. Stay away from gossips, it's never true till you'll hear from the horses mouth.


(13). More friends doesn't mean more fun, keep only few friends you can truely count on, friends are like a life jacket, just keep few sincere and helpful ones.


(14). Not everyone would love you. It's better they Love you for what you are known for than getting to love you because of their association with you.


(15). Anywhere you are rejected, leave, don't stay to force things.


(16). If they had invited you and didn't invite you again, don't ask why, they know why...they didn't forget about you, your services aren't needed again, just move.


(17). When a relationSHIP is sinking, don't be overly cautious about it, if they value the relationship, they'll help rescue it from sinking.


(18). Vvomen easily walk away from relationships they invest nothing into. Make her to invest.


(19). Maintain your space at your place of work. No long talks, no gossiping, no making of too many friends, you went there primarily to works. Work, get paid, make few friends and G


(20). Respect your self, place a value on yourself....when you respect your self, others will know how better to respect you.

ALWAYS BE PATIENT JUST TO SEE IF PEOPLE'S PROMISES MADE IN YOUR HONOUR CAN COME TRUE OR NOT .

 



1. If someone tells you, I love you, give it time, don't rush it .


2. If someone promises to stand by you, give it time to see if they truly will, don't rush 

 

3. If someone offers you help, give it time to see if their actions match their words, don't rush  


4. If someone says they care, give it time to see if their care is consistent, don't rush  


5. If someone wants to be in your life, give it time to see if they truly belong, don't rush  


6. If someone says they understand, give it time to see if they truly empathize, don't rush  


7. If someone wants to change, give it time to see if they follow through, don't rush  


8. If someone promises a future together, give it time to see if they are truly committed, don't rush  


9. If someone says they’ll support your dreams, give it time to see if they act on it, don't rush  


10. If someone claims to be loyal, give it time to see if their loyalty is proven, don't rush 


11. If someone says they’ll be there in tough times, give it time to see if they stand firm, don't rush  


12. If someone promises a better tomorrow, give it time to see if they are working toward it, don't rush

  

13. If someone wants to build trust, give it time to see if trust is earned, don't rush


14. If someone tells you they’ll never leave, give it time to see if they keep their promise, don't rush  


15. If someone says they want the best for you, give it time to see if their actions align, don't rush  


16. If someone says they want to change your life, give it time to see if they are truly changing it, don't rush  


17. If someone says they’re always here for you, give it time to see if they really are, don't rush  


18. If someone promises you love forever, give it time to see if it lasts, don't rush  


19. If someone says they respect you, give it time to see if their actions reflect it, don't rush  


20. If someone claims to be your friend, give it time to see if they prove it, don't rush  


21. If someone offers to help you grow, give it time to see if it comes true. Don't rush.

REGGAE MUSIC STAR COCOA TEA DIES AT 65.

 


King of Reggae music Coco tea dies at the age of 65 after a long illness .

RIP-RIP-RIP

Cocoa Tea was a Jamaican reggae artist known for his smooth vocals and conscious lyrics. Born Calvin George Scott in 1959, he rose to fame in the 1980s with hits like *Rikers Island* and *Young Lover*. His music blended roots reggae and dancehall with themes of love and unity.  


He passed away at 𝟔𝟓 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, in Broward, Florida, due to cardiac arrest. He had been battling lymphoma since 2019 and pneumonia in recent months.


We are still finding and compiling more information about the death of this great reggae star and we shall convey it the way it comes to us therefore stay tuned.
