TRUE FACTS ABOUT YOUR WORK PLACE

Facts About The Workplace 💡

1. Your Boss Isn’t Your Friend

No matter how friendly your boss seems, maintain professional boundaries.

2. Be Discreet

The workplace has "ears everywhere." Be cautious about who you share personal or sensitive information with—what’s said in confidence may spread quickly.

3. Results Matter

Employers care about outcomes. How you achieve them is up to you, but excuses won’t cut it.

4. The Office Informant

There’s often someone keeping the boss updated on workplace gossip and dynamics. Be aware and act accordingly.

5. Warning Signs

If you’re removed from key projects, asked to train someone, or demoted without explanation, it might be a signal your job is at risk.

6. Keep Your Private Life Private

Limit sharing personal achievements or struggles with coworkers. You never know how it might be perceived or used against you.

7. Not Everyone Will Like You

Colleagues may dislike you for trivial reasons—your appearance, success, or personality. Accept it; not everyone has to be your fan.

8. Pay Attention to Nonverbal Cues

Body language, tone, and pitch often reveal more than words. Studies show 93% of communication is nonverbal or para-verbal, so observe closely.

9. Learn From the Best

There will always be a standout performer. Instead of feeling inadequate, analyze their approach and adapt. Growth comes from being open to learning.

10. Work Comes First

Build positive relationships, but remember your primary goal is to perform your job and go home. Stay focused...

REASONS WHY SOME LADIES CHOOSE TO REMAIN SINGLE AFTER THEIR PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIPS FAIL.

Most Older Women Will Be Single And Depressed Because Of Their Bad Past Decisions.

11 Reasons Why We Have Older Women Who Aren't Married.

1) Hoe Phase.

Women always have this illusion that always come back to haunt them; they wish to sexually explore,  and when they are done,  wait for a foolish man to marry them,  who will likely not marry them.

2)  They are too money - conscious.

When a woman sees a man at a bank,  where every time she sees him, its about money, money, money, she'll in the end chase the man who maybe had and intended to marry her.

3) Prefer Dating Bad boys.

Make no mistake, women always know that these bad boys will never marry them,  but they'll still go for them because they want the thrill and, in the end, claim that all men are the same.

4) They see submissions as slavery.

A woman who sees submissions as slavery will never see a man because most men just want a submissive woman, not necessarily a beautiful one.

5) Most women are dope in public validation.

Most single and older women can't do without public validation; they do. Everything seeking comments from others, especially other men,  and any man who sees this will lose attraction for them.

6) They are over selective.

Most of them even when they are approaching an age where they should reduce their outrageous standard, are adamantly still keeping them.

They want a man who's rich, handsome and well build, buy they, on the other hand,  can't afford anything.

7)  They bring nothing to the table.

Most women who are unmarried are w0rthlessw0rthless; they bring nothing to the table apart from sex; they feel sex is everything, and when a man gets it, he'll realize he wants more than that, so he'll leave them.

😎 Most of them don't know how to respect a man.

Most of these unmarried older women don't understand what respect means; this is because they had no one to teach them how to respect a man and why respect is important to men.

9) They prefer marrying another man's husband.

Most of these single, unmarried women want what another woman wants; they have this belief that if he can take care of his woman, I should steal him away from her so he could also take care of me.

10)  They are too hypergamous.

In the search of a man who's deep pocketed, these old and unmarried women stay single; they are always blinded by their hypergamous nature, which is bad, and a man who was ready to settle for them will move to another woman.

11) High body count.

A woman with high body count will always be feared by men; any man will ran always from a woman who has an excessive body count.
