People assume strong relationships come from big romantic highs—surprise trips, expensive gifts, perfect proposals...✍🏽
Those fade quickly.
What actually sustains a partnership is steady, everyday reliability.
Psychologist John Gottman’s decades of research on thousands of couples found that stable, happy relationships maintain roughly 5 positive interactions for every 1 negative one, especially during conflict. Outside arguments, the ratio can climb even higher.
This doesn’t require constant grand effort. It builds through ordinary, repeated small acts:
- Remembering and asking follow-up questions about something minor they mentioned (a work stress, a friend’s news).
- Choosing patience and a calm tone when you’re irritated or tired.
- Doing exactly what you promised, even trivial things like picking up groceries or sending a quick text.
- Turning toward their “bids” for connection—small reaches like sharing a funny meme or complaining about traffic—instead of ignoring or dismissing them.
- Offering unasked help on tasks they dislike.
- Checking in genuinely: “How’s your head after that meeting?”
These accumulate into a buffer of trust and goodwill.
When real problems hit—financial strain, health issues, family drama—that reservoir of small positives prevents disconnection. Without it, one fight can spiral.
Big gestures impress briefly but can’t replace daily dependability.
Consistency isn’t flashy. It’s the quiet work that makes love last. Focus on the routine positives. They matter more than the fireworks.

A woman who has not conquered greed cannot be trusted.
A woman who does not make her own money cannot be trusted.
A woman who has no direction for her life cannot be trusted.
An angry and bitter woman is dangerous and cannot be trusted.
A woman who is not loyal to your you or committed to your cause cannot be trusted.
A woman who leans on a man for financial support and assistance cannot be trusted.
A woman who is surrounded by many men cannot be trusted.
A woman who is always travelling cannot be trusted.
A woman who doesn't invest in her man and the relationship cannot be trusted.
A broke woman cannot be trusted.
A woman who is always complaining about what you do for her and is never satisfied cannot be trusted.
A woman who compares her man to other men cannot be trusted.
A woman who does not receive your instructions, correction and direction cannot be trusted.
A woman who disrespects you cannot be trusted and should not be with you.
A woman who is arrogant and condescending, who thinks she's doing you a favour, will betray you and she cannot be trusted.
A woman with a high body count belongs in the streets and cannot be trusted.
A woman who leaves you for another man and wants to return to you is a treacherous bastoard and should not be allowed ro return. She cannot be trusted.
It's possible for any man to ask for sex in a relationship, but is left for you as a lady to know that sex, can't keep him..(Sex isn't enough)
There are two major factors ladies complain about sex in a relationship:
√ After giving him my body he left me..
√ He left because I refused to have sex with him..
Ladies Listen, Sex isn't enough, its not the only thing you can offer a man.
If You Don't Have Anything To Offer A Man Outside Sex, Please remain Single...
There are much to life than Monkey style, Doggy style, Missionary style, Apple n juice style, step pillows style, etc ...
Men love intelligent ladies...
Men love ladies with ideas..
Men love respectful ladies...
Sex is very cheap these days, anybody can buy it.
You need to build yourself beyond sex.
Leave make-ups and be a productive lady.
Men are looking for ladies with ideas and solution not those who paint their faces with different colours.
What a man wants is beauty with brain not make ups with boobs or hips..
Ladies it's time you act don't don't be controlled by money.
Churches and parents should take the most responsibility in teaching our girls this kind of wisdom.
