ALL MEN SHOULD REASON THIS WAY TO REDUCE FUTURE STRESS.

“At 35 or 40, a man shouldn’t be saying he’s looking for a woman to ‘build with.’
By that age, you should have already built something like vision, stability, a foundation, something tangible.
What were you doing in your 20s and early 30s? Because a man at that stage should be thinking of expanding, not starting from scratch.
It’s a woman’s job to amplify, not to start from zero.
Don’t come empty-handed talking about ‘building together’ because any number multiplied by zero is still zero.
Come with something, and she’ll multiply it. That’s partnership, not struggle.🤝

BARACK OBAMA BACK IN NORFOLK VIRGINIA TO SUPPORT Abigail Spanberger for Governorship.

It was great being back in Norfolk, Virginia today to support Abigail Spanberger for Governor.

Abigail Spanberger cares about your freedoms, she will fight for your rights, and she will work every day to make your life a little bit better.
She also knows how to get things done. As the mom of three kids in Virginia public schools, she cares about helping every child, and every teacher succeed. And as a Member of Congress, she’s stood up to politicians who are trying to increase costs and kick people off their healthcare.
Virginia, don’t sit this election out. Make a plan to vote, and get your friends, family members, neighbors and coworkers to do the same. Because if we do, we will elect Abigail Spanberger as your next governor and put Virginia on the path to a brighter future.

A FREE ADVICE TO MEN LOOKING FOR MARRIAGE.

Listen to me, son.

Don’t be deceived by the materialistic nonsense many wømen are practicing today. Everything now is trade by barter; løve for luxury, affection for attention.

But hear me clearly; not all wømen are like that. There are still genuine ones out there. Wømen who were raised right. Feminine. Respectful. Industrious.

Wømen who believe in løve and are willing to build with a man who’s struggling but not lazy. I know, because I found one.

Yes, they’re becoming rare; their voices are drowned by the noise of foolishness in the media and the decay of our moral values. But they still exist.

If life blesses you with one of them, don’t take her for granted. Don’t lose her while chasing lust, curves, and temporary pleasure. Those things fade quickly, but the pain of losing a good wøman will stay with you forever.

A wøman who truly løves you will løve you deeply, patiently, and quietly. But when her trust is brøken and her heart is wounded beyond repair; she’s gone for good. You’ll never get her back.

Ask the older men. They’ll tell you; one of a man’s greatest regrets in life is losing a wøman who genuinely loved him because of his own foolìshness.

Don’t join them. Value what’s real while you still have it. A good wøman is a blessing to a focused man. Focus, nothing dey outside!

A FREE ADVICE TO ALL WOMEN.

Women do you know that:
When you spend your 20s recklessly, jumping up and down, chasing wealthy married men, and ignoring young, hardworking men simply because you think they are poor, a time will come when you will be hot your late 30's, single, and sexually frustrated.

Desperation will hit differently when you are approaching menopause, still single, and no one seems interested in you. You wasted your peak, and now you are at your low point,
yet no serious man will show up. The few who will, only want to take advantage of your situation, sleep with you and leave. And not many of them, either.

Meanwhile, those young men you once called poor will now be in their prime, financially stable, mentally grounded, and ready to enjoy life.

THE POWER OF JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA,TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL IN KAISUMU KENYA.

JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA  TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL KISUMU:
     JOOTRH Successfully Removes Patient's Lung
The Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) has marked another significant milestone with the successful completion of a pneumonectomy, the surgical removal of an entire lung. This is the first procedure of its kind at the hospital and follows the recent launch of its specialized cardiothoracic and vascular surgery unit.

The complex operation, performed this week, involved removing the damaged left lung of patient Pamela Achieng, a mother of eight, who had been suffering from an aspergilloma—a severe fungal infection.

This is the second major surgery completed by the new unit, which was established just a month ago. The unit's first procedure, conducted last week, was an esophagectomy (removal of the esophagus) to treat a case of esophageal cancer.

A Life-Changing Operation
For Pamela Achieng, the surgery marks the end of years of debilitating illness. Achieng had endured chronic cough, intense chest pain, and frequent vomiting of blood and foul-smelling pus, which made eating unbearable.

"I started ailing in 1999," Achieng recounted. "I was first diagnosed with TB and took medication twice, but to no avail." With her husband immobile after an accident and one child deaf, Achieng was the primary provider, farming green leafy vegetables. Her declining health prevented her from working, putting a severe strain on her family.

Now, she is symptom-free, discharged, and ready to return home. "I am now grateful that what caused me to constantly vomit blood and smelly pus is now behind me," she said, expressing relief and hope for her future.

Surgical Expertise and Future Plans
The successful operation required meticulous planning and excellent post-operative care. The surgical team was led by Dr. Juma Odoro, who explained the necessity of the procedure:
"Aspergilloma is a localized fungal infection in the lung that commonly occurs after Pulmonary tuberculosis. It grows over time and damages the lungs. If not controlled early by surgery, it could lead to damage to the other lung, which can be catastrophic. Surgery is therefore the only effective treatment," said Dr. Odoro.

Dr. Odoro was assisted by a dedicated team, including Dr. Robert Sadia, Dr. Vincent Ooko, Dr. Brian Sipul, Dr. Nyamari, and Dr. Sipul. The nursing team was led by Mr. Joshua, and the dedicated ICU team by Nurse Edith Okoth.

JOOTRH has confirmed that its new cardiothoracic and vascular surgery clinic is now fully operational and ready to serve the region and beyond, offering treatment for similar complex cases.
